The focus of the program is to return to you as a woman your right to call upon your natural birthing instinct and enjoy a calm, serene and memorable experience.

WHEN TO START LISTENING TO THE APP

It is recommended to start around 25 – 28 weeks to give yourself plenty of practice time. Here is what you will learn:
